WHO AM I?

My name is Tomasz Ziółkowski.

As Vice President of Marketing at Carlsberg Polska, I launched the Harnaś and Karmi brands. At Leaf Poland, I created the AHA sesame snacks and Chałwa Królewska brands. I have also worked with Tchibo, BOLS, SMG, Reckitt Benckiser, and Selena Group, where I served as Global Director of the Adhesives and Sealants Division.

Since 2005, I have been supporting FMCG and B2B companies as a strategic consultant. In 2018, commissioned by the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development (PARP), I developed a global brand strategy for the Polish furniture industry.

In 2021–2022, I spent 10 months in the USA and Brazil developing growth strategies for local subsidiaries of Selena Group.

For over 20 years, I have been teaching marketing through my proprietary Akademia Marki program and in MBA programs.

I am the first Polish lecturer of the Executive MBA at the Warsaw University of Technology Business School to be awarded the title “The Highest Ranked Professor.”
