TRAINING PROGRAM: MASTER OF MARKETING MANAGEMENT FOR AMBITIOUS MARKETERS

I am delighted to announce that, after six months of intensive work, we have just launched what is likely the only program of its kind in Poland—a training program designed for employees of medium-sized and large companies’ marketing departments.

The “MASTER OF MARKETING MANAGEMENT” program is inspired by MBA curricula and consists of seven training modules, each lasting two days.

The modules follow the typical career development path of marketing department employees, beginning with the fundamentals of marketing analysis and market/consumer research, moving on to topics such as brand management, marketing planning, marketing project management, advertising campaigns, presentation skills, and culminating in self-management competencies.

This program places particular emphasis on developing the most critical skills to ensure that marketing activities are carried out professionally and lead to the achievement of goals while efficiently using available resources.

Interested individuals can plan to participate in the entire training program from the start or select only those modules that develop the specific skills they need.

In this way, the program can also be extremely helpful when planning the professional development path of marketing department employees.
